My order indicates that it has been delivered but it has not.
If the tracking indicates that the delivery has been delivered but you have not received it, there are a few possibilities. It’s possible that someone else received the shipment. Check to see if the box was delivered to a neighbor, a front desk, a receptionist, a mailroom, a doorman, or a coworker. Couriers may also deliver packages to the incorrect address, street, or mailbox. We also suggest contacting your local post office to see if they have any information. We recommend waiting a few days for the shipment to arrive; normally, it will be delivered to a neighbor or coworker. If it never appears, please get in touch with us so that we may look into it and assist you.
